Job description
Holzprofi24 is the market leader in online retail for Home & Garden across the DACH region. We scale our business through an AI-driven and tech-focused infrastructure. To further drive our automation and unlock new growth potential in eCommerce, we are looking for support in Business Development. Working at the intersection of business, tech, and AI, you will be deployed flexibly in data-driven projects across various departments.
Identifying and testing new AI tools and automations to optimize business processes
Supporting the planning and execution of technical and strategic eCommerce projects
Conducting data-driven analyses to boost performance across the value chain
Cross-departmental deployment in shifting focus areas based on project needs
Contributing pragmatic solutions to day-to-day operations
Job requirements
Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Fluent German skills (written and spoken)
Strong affinity for tech and AI, along with a keen interest in modern software solutions
Solid business acumen and strong analytical thinking
Passion for online retail and data-driven execution
An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
