(Senior) Marketplace Manager (m/f/d)

Own end-to-end performance across Amazon and eBay, and additional strategic marketplaces

Optimize existing marketplace setups and identify new high-potential platforms

Leverage deep expertise in Seller/Vendor Central to enhance listings, pricing, content and conversion drivers

Drive data-based decision-making and monitor all core KPIs (conversion, CTR, BuyBox, returns, margin) while implementing concrete optimization measures

Segment customer groups and ensure performance-driven keyword and content strategies

Act as the central interface across Category Management, Pricing, Logistics, Marketing and IT with full ownership for marketplace results

Identify scalable growth levers (assortment, processes, content, logistics) and lead cross-functional initiatives

Degree in Business, Information Systems, eCommerce or equivalent qualification

Several years of marketplace management experience, ideally in Home & Living or DIY/Home Improvement

Strong analytical skill set and confident handling of KPI-driven marketplace operations

Experience with large product catalogs, complex variant structures and marketplace compliance requirements

High sense of ownership, structured working style and strong execution capability

Team-oriented mindset combined with clear performance and quality focus
