Product Manager (m/f/d) eCommerce
- Offenbach am Main
We are a leading eCommerce company for home & garden, selling wood products online for over 20 years with HOLZPROFI24 and LEONDO across the DACH region and many European countries.
Job description
With the brands Holzprofi24 and Leondo, we operate some of the leading e-commerce platforms for home & garden in Europe. We combine modern web technologies, data-driven online marketing, and powerful logistics to offer our customers an outstanding shopping experience. Our customers aren't making impulse buys; they often invest several thousand euros in patios, flooring, or garden sheds—complex purchasing decisions that require a well-thought-out customer journey. We want our customers to reach their ideal solution faster and with greater confidence than anywhere else. We offer a direct-impact environment with our own in-house development team, short lines of communication, and flat hierarchies. Our culture is heavily focused on automation and AI, giving you genuine creative leeway to run deep technical experiments on our Nuxt stack while benefiting from flexible working hours. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) eCommerce to take end-to-end ownership of a section of our shop and purposefully guide our in-house development team.
End-to-end ownership of a section of our shop from idea and execution to measuring success
Prioritizing the roadmap and transparently explaining why specific features are being built next
Translating requirements into precise specifications for our in-house development team without agency detours
Designing and executing deep technical experiments and server-side tests on our Nuxt stack
Active use of AI and automation tools for rapid testing and implementation of new ideas
Continuous data analysis, measuring results, and drawing decisive conclusions (including turning off unsuccessful features)
Independent management of projects with a high degree of autonomy and flexible working hours
Job requirements
Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in e-commerce, ideally working closely with in-house developers
Strong technical understanding to communicate with developers at eye level (clear understanding of where frontend ends and backend begins)
Willingness to answer data questions yourself rather than writing tickets for them
Strong focus on customer problems and metrics rather than rigid feature lists
Enthusiasm for a lean way of working, automation, and the use of AI tools
